Unsatisfactory & Low quality work inspite being a Honda authorised service centre. A couple of issues in my CB Unicorn 150 not rectified even after visiting twice for the same issue; which I later got fixed in a local garage.
Also, overpriced. Better to get your vehicle serviced from elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service experience from Aditya Honda Vasai, on after sales service. If there is an option I could have have -5 star ⭐ rating , Current I'm at Aditya Honda Vasai and writing this review , I will tell you 2 points . 1) There is a Customer Belongings Area where customers can't keep there belongings, I hope that is only for staffs if we ask to keep something they will say No we can't kep here you have to carry your own , even staffs are keeping their helmets and some registers are in the shelf. 2 ) Customer Lounge :- This area is restricted to customers. Only customers can go in if you wants to make the payment, otherwise you need to stand the whole time untill your service done. Even now it's heavily raining and they ask the customer to sit outside. If we ask also can we sit inside their replay will be no it's restricted. My question is then why you guys keep Customer Lounge in service center , the securities are like very arrogant and they act like they are the owners. Is that the kind of service that we are expecting from a brand Honda ????... At the time of purchase they will give you a 5 start treatment but what about the after sales service ?? The service receptionist security guard dosent have mask also. ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. They charged me for things that are still pending and claiming they serviced it. Unprofessional service advisor. He was abusing his colleague in front of a customer. Zero manners. The clutch needed replacement, they just checked it and kept it same way. The scooter has zero pick up. I would never go there nor advice anyone to go there. They are crooks and very unprofessional
