★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went for CT scan of my wife. A terrific experience which I want to share. The bed where the patient use to laid is so dirty. It shown that it was not clean for long duration may be from purchase time the same rubber bedsheet is being used. They offer me a jacket for protection of rays, no normal man can't wear this jacket, it was so dirty. At present time we are running in Covid 19 situations and the system and cleaning which they are doing/ following is really pathetic. It is better to avoid this diagnosis center rather we should check any others. I never went government hospitals but today the CT scan room jacket and rubber mats are really funny and pathetic it seems that the government hospitals may be clean more. Please change the rubber bedsheet and jacket immediately and also sanitized immediately after use anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant staff and doctor too. They doesn't even discuss results of sonography scan with patient or their family members. Upon asking wether everything is normal or not, the doctor replied that everything is mentioned on report, you can see there. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall no favorable response. Receptionist's voice was barely audible. Doctor had not briefed single thing and was in too hurry; attending calls and guiding staff for administrative activities inbetween!!
Asked to wait for one hour for sonography report post scanning. After discussing standard timeline, we received report within 15 mins only!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor need to learn manners to talk with patients and need to brief about report to the patient. Staff also need to learn hospitality rules and regulations.

Doctor is not making us understand the report. On any questions . She said that it is done as per said by your doctor. Your doctor will explain.
