★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new laptop from here, the salesmen lied about few specs which is managable but still i could have got better specs by investing few hundreds more, they just try to sell you anything,there billing service and finance service were ok ok, covid rules were followed till gate only, if you want to buy anything from here, make a list about the specifications you need, and try to stick to your specification choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was not very good at Aditya Vision Anisabad.
Yesterday I purchased Maharaja Whiteline Lava Carbon room heater at Rc 3200 and I was surprised that the model was available at Amazon.in at 2499. When I complained about the huge price difference the answer was not satisfactory.
Second part of the story is today first line of heating rod got fused after a minor spark.
Again I complained to the store manager and the answer was “ sorry sir it doesn’t come under warranty “
For to mention that I purchased at 8pm and when I reached at store no one was ready to attend and reply anything.
Very disappointed in all levels.

I went there to purchase a Laptop.and did like one and returned after 2 days to purchase the same.
But they said that they do not have a new one and I will have to buy the one on the display table which had scratches all over it.n when I said how can I buy a scratched one they said
"har koi tho le hi jata hai aisa isme kosni badi baat hai sab le jate hai"
Extremely unprofessional behavior by the staff.
And when I complained they were not at all accepting that they had said it.
Worst experience here.

---Staff are like parasite, 4 to 5 staff come to to convince you, to particular brand like IFB ?
--- they brainwash to buy specific product, that you not want?
--- one of them cleverly ask for pan card ,adahar card , mobile number for finance?
---- they even not give time to discuss even your family members with you?
---- once you buyer they never return?
