★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst salon I have ever visited.they will always change the bill after the services.never tell the exact rates.sometimes extra charge for card payment.last time they charged 850 for root touch up .this time 1050for the same service.jab jitna man kare they will make the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a haircut from Imran. The guy was in such a hurry even though there was no other customer in the salon. His handling were very harsh, zero professionalism. Don't go by the overall rating, seems to be paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for haircut, i got haircut first time there and the guy who was cutting hair was shivering due to low confidence level. My hair got destroyed since that time, i could not get proper hairstyle due to stupid guyof adiva salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst exexeperience. I got my keretin done in october and in a week my hair were full of friz . I went back to them and asked. At first no body was ready to agree that this was their fault. Then the next time a hair dressor who was from outside came to meet the Adiva owner, not knowing that keretin was dony by Adiva admitted that the Keretin result is not good at all. Then they agreed to give me a keretin spa that obviously lasted for 7 days . They promised me that keretin stays for 5 months for sure. But today after 2 months my hair are all full of friz and my friends and everyone dont even believe that there was ever a keretin done ..
I would warn please dont visit this parlor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb service by Sonu. However, receptionist was owner's father. Sorry to say but he did not know how to treat clients. He was unaware of the procedures related to coupon/vouchers. Won't recommend this to people who are going to pamper themselves.
