★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place only if you know your workout schedule because you cannot rely on the trainers there. They come, they go, they leave the Gym abruptly without informing even the management. So please DO NOT go for the paid trainer service. I was a novice who was joining a gym for the first time in life so I paid for trainer to help me out and he disappeared in 2 weeks. So just pay the regular membership fees and walk-in whenever you feel like working out in the day.
Other than that the there are plenty of machines to use and is a overall good gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going there for almost two years but no fixed direction from gym instructor rather workout was fixed and not changed for many months. Equipments are now old and most of the treadmills are not working properly. Don't expect big things from this gym unless you get personal trainer by paying huge cost.

I was there for some months and the commication and confidence building and keeping the fear away of Body freaks was the thing the gym gave. and all the staff is down to earth and tells the real small things needed to keep Exercise and fun going together
