Not trust worthy Company and not a manufacturer

This is sister concern company not a manufacturer. Corporate companies should go to direct manufacturer instead of wasting time on this company. They will never give best rates to you only manufacturer can sell his products on best rate. You can say this is third party trader not manufacturer. Also anyone's looking to join this organisation then I will never recommend anyone. I had been working here for 1 year, I had achieved my targets also(around 40 lakhs). In pandemic as well I achieved target but director never released incentive. He used to say we are not getting any profit behind this order. I achieved 13lakhs target in d month of September n till mid Oct I hadn't done good business that time he asked to leave. I don't understand he is leaving in which century. He can makes rules as per his mood. Even he doesn't allow to speak in Marathi with colleagues. I never seen worst director like him. Employees are also not trust worthy specially Admin manager. I would suggest to readers not to deal with this company nor join this company. You will not get anything instead of BHASHAN. Do u really think i am saying all this things in frustration? lemme clear this with u that I am totally fine and giving this feedback while remembering all the things that happened with me. if i could have given this feedback before taking my documents do you really think you would have given it to me?? "NO". it can be Negative feedback for u because i have written all the truth, i am not writing any lies. Get this thing clear. whetever i/we do correct its always become "INVALID" to u. You cant be always correct. Also,I would like to tell u as per discussion,before lockdown i agreed to received deducted salary. it was your goodness that u transferred my full salary and as i said earlier i was thankful to u.During lockdown also i have achieved Targets. dont forget that. if you are thinking that you were been good with me then relase my incentive. Will you? you won't do that,you will just say that you didn't release Incentive slab. then why did you asked to achieve target? meyou said to not leave organization because at that time only 3 employees were working in organization including my self.During picnic as well one of your Employees said," main kaise aau picnic me isne kuch kiya to mere sath" but that time i only said its not like that nothig will happen we will have more fun. such people live around you. One of my friends have given rating and you are talking about Spoon fidings and maturity? seriously ? He stood by me because he knows everything that had happened to me. thats the reason he has given rate and you are talking about his maturity? he has enough maturity than u. We as a being employee, we have enough maturity how to behave with Our Boss, colleagues. how to take a proper stand for truth. Tumhare festivals woh Tumhare aur humare festival ko koi value nahi?? You are living in Mumbai. Here we celebrate all festivals with Happiness and lots of positivity. and If you don't know marathi then Learn. You will see most of Managers and their colleagues speak in Marathi as well. Dont underestimate anyone,Any region nor Language.I dont care whatever replies are going to come. Whatever i felt i wrote. Mr Abdul, Bhagwan na kare aisa ho, but tumhare upar aisa time aayega na to tum bhi aisehi feel karoge. So Dont ask me ki ye karna jaroori tha kya n all. Yes. ye jaroori tha bcz etni mehnat karke b ye mila mujhe. Koi b shant nahi baithega. Are u kidding ? was I negative ? Sach kadva hota h isse bolte h? jitna mene respect diya, jitni me punctual thi shayad hi koi dusra koi hoga. And yeah m very happy instead of living in pain. I know how positive I am. So stop to spread negativity instead saying this to me ? Anyways best luck to ur Organization.
