★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please guys never buy any home/flat from Adore realtech, they will give you just "Khandarr" and will say "shift ho jao hum Karwa denge".
Really bad experience with adore realtech. Fake comments and fake promises. After investing lots money you will not buy a flat/home infact you will buy headache.
They will start sending you msgs that ready for possession and will ask for additional charges after paying additional charges, they will give you headache only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake promises. Trying to extort money from buyers with unjustified charges. Promotes corruption as demands money in cash only. If you want to pay in cheque then you will neither get receipt nor flat. Still not complied with GST refunds as announced by Authorities. Demands money without any documentation or else you may wait for your flat forever. Don't buy flat they are trying to build their flats with your money and then harass you so you could cancel your booking and they may takeover the developed flat without paying any interest. So it's a win win for them and buyers are cheated.

Don’t buy any project from Adore Realtech. It is a fraud company which will fleece you. Majority of these replies are written by their property agents who will promise you moon but ultimately will get khandar in place of the flat.
Though Adore may complete the construction in record time and obtain the occupation certificate but you will not get the flat that easily. After obtaining OC they will start extorting money. Firstly they will demand cash of tune of 2.5 lakhs per flat without any receipts or description. Their view is that since you have already paid 100% of the amount and are a victim now they will exploit you.
Believe me this is my personal experience. On demanding a description of charges they will say that you can get your flat only after this cash in excess of buyer agreement without receipt else you may complaint anywhere or send ay number of mails to us we will not handover the flat.
It is a fraud company. Also no free maintenance is provided. They will charge you 2500/pm else they will disconnect lift and other amenities to harrass you.

Monkeys bite children & old aged people,complain lot of time.
Maintainance deduct in advance but facilities are not provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing this review for one of their project Adore Happy Homes Grand. I am the resident here.Third class quality in construction. Maintinence charges are deducted in advance but no service. No power backup for common area/lifts. If there is any power cut then lifts stop working. If you call the maintinence staff, they have a simple reply that they are not allowed to start the generator. People get stuck in lifts due to power issue but there is no one to listen & rectify these issues. It takes atleast 30-45 minutes to start the generator for lifts(in case if anyone is stuck) when someone makes multiple calls to maintinence staff & some of their Head office employees. Some of the head office employees either dont respond or say that dont disturb me for society issues.All the tower coordinators are their own people & dont do anything of society issues.
I can only say that dont invest your hard earned money with Adore projects.
