Some one says that there is same cast person preferred (the cast and surname similar to MD or must be Shetty) but I don't say anything about. Its true?If so then this strange for this type of local company in heart of Mumbai

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Customer Service. No value for Customer's Time. No value for their own words, or commitment for appointment timings given to Customer, who has more than 10 vehicles to be inspected. Unreliable Managers, cheating Staff.
Complaints raised to CEO of the Company as well as the Regional Manager Western Region, yet no respite. No apologies, instead the person has the cheek to threaten the Customer.
The Directors should take some action from these inputs..
