★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lacks any kind of credibility. Bought and fully paid for a chair. Continuously failed to deliver. For seven consecutive days, after they missed delivery date, had to call them every day. Each day same response .... " Sir will deliver today".
Am refraining from calling them liars. But the store has no credibility, no commitment to word given and relies completely on wrong information. Takes full payment. But don't bank on getting your products on time.
As on date, I am yet to receive my product seven days after committed delivery date.
Beware of this furniture store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid full payment on April, Hiland Park. Still waiting in Aug for them to deliver one newspaper printed table and 3 chairs. The employees are confused and delivered a white table a week back. Promised to deliver the chairs next day, then employees calls up saying there was order of 2 chairs. The bill handwriting was so bad they themselves couldn't understand and thus harrasing us. When asked about the split up, they could'nt provide.
They charge HIGH and the service is THE WORST I have ever seen!!!!
Still waiting for the chairs... And getting harrased by their employees!

They delivery different order and they have not changed it after so many timesmy reminders. They were giving only time .They have fully cheated with us .they are cheaters.Umesh is a very cunning boy he knows how to deliver bad product and giving time again again so that people compromise.what they deliver very different from my order they are not replacing .I have called so many times to shop but know response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store in South Kolkata, doesn't even deserve 1 star. We went to Adron Furniture in Hiland park to order a bed. Sales guy told us the bed will be ready in 4-5 days, thus we booked by paying a booking amount of 1000. Sales guy told he will visit our home to take measurements of our room to fit the size of the bed. Post that, he never came in 2 days, we had to call so much but to no use as the calls were not answered.
After 2 days we went to store and met one person by name with Mr. Umesh Sen (He has given 5 star review from his account pretending as a customer :P) , who said that we need to pay 50% amount that is 14000 now and 50% at the time of delivery. But after seeing their behaviour and other online reviews we asked that as bed was to be delivered next day, we will pay the entire amount on next day upon delivery. He refused and called the Mr. Bharat Thakkar, the owner of the store. Mr. Bharat asked to pay via PDC of next day and take delivery. He was not ready to take cheque of 2 or 3 days later. Thus it triggered us as we were sure that delivery won't happen next day and he would withdraw our money from bank as well. After a lot of heated discussion and going through this worst experience, me and my wife decided to leave our booking amount and don't buy anything from this store ever. I wish I saw the reviews of this store and fraud people before visiting the store, our hard earned money wouldn't have been wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience ever at the Highland park showroom. Don't want to give a single star as they don't deserve it.
Paid ₹20,000 in advance for a sofa, to get it delivered before puja. While booking they said they will deliver within 1 week. Later said they will deliver by 2nd October. But later kept delaying delivery. No commitment at all, I didn't get it till now, initially they just started postponing the delivery date for few days but after that nobody receiving phone call, no reply in whatsapp.
Owner Mr. Bharat Thakkar doesn't respond. He is not available most of the time in the shop, doesn't even want to share his number. I have to again go to the showroom as I wanted to cancel and a refund for this pathetic service and unprofessional behaviour, but he is not refunding my money as well. Don't buy from these fraudsters.

Rs.10000/- advance given by me at 'adron' Hiland Park furniture shop for one wooden cabinet of Rs35000/-. Promised to deliver within 10 days. They haven't given the proper money receipt of Rs.10000/- . They didn't supply the cabinet even after follow up for 6 months. I have been cheated with Rs.10000/- by the shop. The representatives of shop didn't know behaviour. I strongly recommend not to purchase even a single furniture from the shop. If purchased, definitely the purchaser will be cheated by the shop.
