1. They will hound you for making 50% payment
2. After you have made the payment expect that you have to call them at least 20 times to follow up on what is happening with your furniture
3. The sales agent will be busy on other phones and the store owner will disconnect your call stating he is busy
4. Once you you ask for refund is the time they will start working
5. Even when you receive the furniture it will be a defective piece and you will be left with a bad taste.
Real bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, Owner is the most callous person, so obviously employees will be same...No value of products, neitheir their words...Have to call atleast 20 times to get a small job done. Pathetic..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store in South Kolkata, doesn't even deserve 1 star. We went to Adron Furniture in Hiland park to order a bed. Sales guy told us the bed will be ready in 4-5 days, thus we booked by paying a booking amount of 1000. Sales guy told he will visit our home to take measurements of our room to fit the size of the bed. Post that, he never came in 2 days, we had to call so much but to no use as the calls were not answered.
After 2 days we went to store and met one person by name with Mr. Umesh, who said that we need to pay 50% amount that is 14000 now and 50% at the time of delivery. But after seeing their behaviour and other online reviews we asked that as bed was to be delivered next day, we will pay the entire amount on next day upon delivery. He refused and called the Mr. Bharat Thakkar, the owner of the store. Mr. Bharat asked to pay via PDC of next day and take delivery. He was not ready to take cheque of 2 or 3 days later. Thus it triggered us as we were sure that delivery won't happen next day and he would withdraw our money from bank as well. After a lot of heated discussion and going through this worst experience, me and my wife decided to leave our booking amount and don't buy anything from this store ever. I wish I saw the reviews of this store and fraud people before visiting the store, our hard earned money wouldn't have been wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completed the payment for a work/study table on 12th Dec, was told that it will be delivered in next 2 days, followed up with them said it will take 3 more days followed up again to which they use election in the city as an excuse as to why it is not ready. Finally they said it will be delivered again in next few days only for them to come back to me and tell me that they are yet to start working on my order since the factory ran out of raw material. Wow! Very professional.
Bottom line: They have taken my money and hasn't delivered on my order.
Word of advise: Choose your vendor carefully. Don't make the same mistake as I did.
