I honestly was sceptical in the beginning as my past experience with rum cakes have been nothing less than a major disappointment but this cake made me popular at the party. There were three cakes at the party the one that i brought happen to shine the brightest thus making me the popular one there. Rum in the cake was added to perfection. My pallet was hit with a wave of chocolate with the hint of rum - absolutely delicious! People relished on the cake leaving no crumbs behind.
