★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good workshop. Work is genuine. But the guy at the counter needs to change his behaviour. If you speak kannada you will be treated good, otherwise not, at the counter. Couple of guys are very rude.
They did work worth 7500/- on my bike. When I enquired what all works did they do, couple of guys got angry and abruptly took my bike back inside garage and started showing me the parts on which work was done. It is good that they showed it, but the behaviour was very very rough. It was almost like a very heated argument.
When a customer submits his bike and comes back. He returns in the evening to collect his bike, he will obviously enquire about the work done. I do not know why do they get angry at this. While submitting the bike for repair in the morning too, it was the same behaviour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can consider this for emergency service for your bikes. I would recommend Royal Enfield authorised service centre instead. My service was done on time and It was satisfactory. But I must say my bike’s mileage increased after I got serviced from them. But they didn’t clean my bike properly,it was dirty . They cleaned big places which are visible but ignored small parts . No point of cleaning if you do this.
