★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barber was always in hurry and was not ready to listen. He had no patience. I multiple times told him the specifications of the cut I wanted but he didn't listed or tried to understand. Literally ruined my hair. Will not recommend. DON'T GO HERE. They will always talk about keratin and hair quality trying to sell shampoo, just want money but don't want to give service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for haircut and color asked for ammonia free hair color specifically as ammonia causes allergic reaction .But the stylist used ammonia one instead and lied as the color wasnt available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got my wife hair colour at ADVANCED HAIR SALOON at new colony and had well inform the attender that I would need to hair colour and specific Innova colour being Ammonia free ,but later while applying when she was observe etching I came to know that they used L’Oréal Majirel which is having high content of ammonia and seems they cheated us without informing us and applied on the skull ,which is breach of trust and very annoying .I would never recommend anyone to visit this saloon as they fooled the client if they don’t have materials in stock and apply whatever is available .The 1st visit experience was very bad and worst and I will never ever visit this saloon .Moreover if there is any problem with my wife hair fall due to this reason I wil also bring them to court if required as I am very angry on this incident ..Regards Merchant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone there for keratin in September 2021. They provided keratin for 3500 including other services facial,wax nd menicure. But keratin was not of good quality. N9 shine at all. My hair becomes more rough nd frizzy.After a first wash only, it has gone. Extreme hairfall started till now. I went there after a month to ask them that wat gone wrong nd shared my problem, but there was a lady..she is too rude as if have didn't paid them. They said that i have not used the proper shampoo. In starting i asked the name of the keratin shampoo but the condition was dat it should b purchased from them only. Nd all the blame they put it on me that due the other shampoo i used, my keratin gone nd they can't do anything. I will never recommend that parlour. Don't waste ur money guys.

I had gone for a beard trim, there I told one of the staff members to cut my beard, while he was at the finishing stage he made a deep cut on one side of the moustache that was looking weird instead of saying sorry he made a smiling face and told me that it cannot be cured. Neither they have professionals nor do they know how to respect their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is highly unprofessional. One thing that's good about these people is they ask good money, which is NOT WORTH AT ALL. Barber was in a hurry to manage more than one client. As is all they want for you to is pay, not caring at all about the service. THIRD CLASS WORK.
