★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is wonderful! I have cervical spondylosis, which in plain words is a very painful pinched nerve. I had already had a spinal injection for it which helped for a short time but the pain came back. When I started at Sport and Spine I was in real pain. Within a week I was feeling better, and although I'm still not out of the woods, today I feel much better! Dr Paul has given me excersizes that are very easy to do and his massages are magic.

I was sure I’ll never be able to cure my problem. But here I received right treatment. Now I’m pain free and I am back to normal. The best physiotherapist I ever seen, incredibly knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.

I have muscular issues with my Neck and upper shoulders, they knows the exact pressure points and will tell you straight away what and how to have this fixed. Highly highly recommend them if you have any issues and require a physio service !

He is incredibly knowledgeable and at the cutting edge of physio techniques and understands the root causes of issues. I saw huge improvements and I was back to full fitness quickly. I really appreciated his explanations, his clarity and he’s a friendly guy on top of that. I would absolutely recommend him anytime.
