★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by the worst experience i have ever had, Horrible Bus, unhygenic n dirty seats, pathetic driver and co staff rough and rude, when i called the support numbers they were least bothered to respond. Time committed on the site was nowhere close to actual bus timings i reached 4 hours late just because the bus wud stop just anywhere to board passengers just like a roadways bus...and i paid for a Volvo apparently the best and most exoensive as per the site. I will never suggest this to anyone ever rather i am so frustrated that if i could i would put the bis along with the staff on fire....bloody mobsters.
They wont hesitate threatning to hurt you if you complain a lot...so beware.

I booked a bus from manali to delhi with my friend. At the time of boarding they said to me that bus is canceld due to some reasons nd they take a extra money for providing me a bus.
After taking extra money they gives me a very bad bus with back seats.
There customer executive also very ridiculous. They dnt noe how to deal with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is regarding AGRA ONE DAY TOUR offered by get us . We booked Volvo multi axile but we were provided with lower bus service. Citing technical reasons. This operator is more towards earning commission from shopping units and Hotels in AGRA, pandits commission in mathura and vrindavan than showing the tourists the places promised and bringing back to Delhi . Je stops and wastes time in shops in Agra for commission thus leaving less time for tourist for visit to Agra fort and most important monument TAJ MAHAL. Takes you to bad hotel for lunch. Food very low quality. Takes very late to vrindavan.... mostly at 10.30 wastes time show other temples in the name of main temple . He brought back to Delhi at 2.30 hrs when he promised to get dropped at delhi at 11.00. makes a mess of your valuable time for their greed to earn commission from shops and Hotels...it was really a very bad experience with tour operator. I will give a negative rating for wasting my time , my family time and also the time of other tourist.
NEVER GO FOR THIS OPERATOR FOR AGRA TRIP .
