★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is just an unexperienced advocate. She just wasted my time and money. Don't go for this advocate otherwise you'll have to repent.
She also lied on me that she has a chamber in karkarduma court.
I have hired Ms. Ranjana Pathak for my property registration case in June with total amount of 15k and gave her advance of 5k and later 3k.
She doesn't even know how to handle a simple property registration matter. She ended up with messing the entire thing.
She fooled us for approx 2 months with sending me sample property agreement copy which was never completely correct. I kept asking her to recorrect the same but she always sent me copy with more mistakes.
At last I had to move to the new advocate and my work was smoothly done. I wasted my 8k on her.
I want to make sure others know what this advocate does so they are not fooled like I was
