β β β β β I am usually not in to writing reviews. But not reviewing this practitioner would tantamount to injustice.
Attorney Shelina Mobhani represented my family in the leasing out of our condo in Bombay. Shelina was beyond amazing. Our experience with her was rather seamless. It is always stressful when you are trying to lease real estate in Bombay, particularly considering the concerns related to the applicability of the State of Maharashtra Rent Control Act. But we were struck by the quality and completeness of Shelinaβs counsel. One feels like they are her only client at the time because her response time is squeaky fast and incredibly thorough. She not only takes the time to answer your questions in detail, but also goes a step further by explaining you the law and how it applies to your question.
Shelina is also well connected technologically. She sends very detailed and communicative messages, with explicit instructions, by email, text and WhatsApp. This was very important for us given our long distance presence - us in the U.S., and she in India. Shelina assiduously handled our matter, and arduously worked to attain expedient results. Shelina is a principle-centered professional with a genuine desire to provide salient results for her clients.
To say that our experience was "positive" would be a significant understatement. She is, in our view, by far the most competent and skilled lawyer. If you're looking for a top-notch lawyer, please look no further.
