★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor reliability on purity evaluation and loss in refining. For my 98% silver, they reduced the weight to 70% for purity and melting. Further their market value of Silver is the lowest. Fortunately I had identical material which I got checked from the original seller. When confronted with the correct Purity, they returned the item without any apologies. Please get your material purity checked before going to the shop. They are not reliable. Gold and Silver buying rates and loss rates are also unreliable. Beware???
