★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really do not deserve even a single star to be honest. The only star given is for the service man Shahid, who is very polite and is punctual with his appointments for service and does it efficiently.
I got this RO system installed at my place 2 years back and since then i have had various issues with the quality provided to me. First and most important the cabinet/water container is made of 2nd plastic which is harmful to store water for human consumption. Second, in last 2 years the nail holes which are used to hang the RO system against the wall had broken twice on its own however since on both the ocassion the family members were present so they prevented RO to fall on the ground. Now this company is refusing to replace the cabinet which at the first place was of 3rd grade quality and asking me to pay for it.
I would strongly recommend each and everyone to not go for this brand at all. If anyone still buys from them then please be ready within a year to face the same issue.
I have the inverter and battery of the same company since last 10 years and have had no issues at all. But, there RO is a BIG NO NO.
