No crash diet nothing only a healthy diet and thr instructor treats us as the friend n supports us to reduce weight in a v healthy manner... V pretty she is our 'Sayanti'... No wrds to define her nature she scolds us many times bt its worth... Ty sayanti for ur support...

The instructor is joyful & lovely ,and strict (when needed?).
The environment undoubtedly is very friendly. We celebrate so many things and share a lot.
This has become our second home.
I am proud to be part of such a wonderful organization.
