I still remember the day, when I was on the way to Chikkapet to purchase electrical items for my newly built house and I received a call from that shop owner (tall person) and he convinced me to visit his shop once before I make a decision to purchase items from Chikkapet. I returned back, visited his shop and then spent 5 hours at his shop. I was impressed their presentation/price and finally came out of the shop purchasing big amount of items. Worth visiting.

The people were very professional and apt at the task. Raghavendra was very nice and quoted a price that was on par with the market (touch lower I would say). People who came to install were so professional. Did their job, never demanded for any money anywhere and a thorough professional experience. I did not get such a good customer service in India and their service is very commendable. Looking forward for their service again in the future..
