Its crap service. Plus they are a bunch of chor. Their hiding behind the excuse of policies is a clear indication of their intent not to serve and wrongfully force the customer into goving in. I hope that company like this comes to an end immediately. Trying to become a developed nation, this is nowhere close to be one. This is organized crime.

I loved the Services of in Hair Styling and Beauty Services for my wife and make up taken by her Since this Salon is close to my house, I read some reviews and was hesitant, but on visit I loved the services me and wife got. I would tell all to ignore fake reviews posted by customers as the Hospitality also was amazing ?? Would recommend to all

COULD THIS BE THE WORST HAIRDRESSING SALON IN THE EAST DELHI? Awful services provided I had a very bad experience at AFFINITY EXPRESS, Preet Vihar Center very recently say just a few days back. Almost all the services were over charged. I can explain how. The pedicure machine was not working, they said “sir hamari koi machine nahi chal rahi hai” well accepted but they were still charging me full amount for the service. I figured it out in between and had to stop the service in the middle and take a foot massage in the end. The guy who did my foot massage was patient enough to explain me a lot of things and made sure that I am satisfied with the service but the Manager/Receptionist - (Ms. Rupali) of the salon had the audacity/guts to charge me wrong price for the hair colour I got done and cleverly was trying to beat around the bush so that I could pay more. She didn’t know that I had already seen the rate card of their services shown by one of the staff there. The original price in the rate card was written as 800 for “Ammonia free hair colour” whereas she immediately said the price as 1000. Upon confronting her the actual rate card price When I asked her as to why is this gap, so she literally was shocked and went numb for a second thinking how did I came across rate card there and then after looking to her employees she said to me - "Aaj kal rate card dekhta kaun hai. Hum to jo price system me aata hai wo dekh ke charge kar dete hai customer ko" She was basically trying to fool me out like many more customers & when I said that I will lodge a complaint at customer care her reply was “Haan wo hame ni pata aap jaha marzi complaint karo” Further to this the worst part of everything is they are not even using the branded product as acclaimed by all Affinity salons. They used some hair colour which apparently have damaged my hairs in way that every time I wash my hairs they actually became hard and rough like a glue. Upon discovering this I had no other option but decided to file a consumer court case. Ohh and yeah, I have the proof of overcharging as well as the final invoice plus some audio and video recordings made by my friend who had accompanied me there. I would highly recommend everyone not to even think of going to affinity express specifically Preet Vihar as they just try making fool out of customers. Worst experience ever at a Salon!!

Pathetic! None of them are professional. What they lack in skills, they try to compensate by faking smiles. I wanted to get perming done. The person who was supposed to do it didn't know the procedure well. He himself told me he had done it only once in his training. He didn't give me any information regarding preparation and post procedure precautions to be taken. And post procedure, literally my hair was burnt. When I asked to revert it, they behaved as though they aren't responsible at all. They made me wait for one hour just to listen to me, which was highly unprofessional. Finally I had to go to a different salon to repair the damage caused to my hair by a deficiency in service! during the procedure, the lady also clicked many of my photos without asking me a single word! I wanted to file a complaint in the consumer forum but I am more concerned about my hair than teaching them a lesson.

One of the most pathetic salon I have ever visited. Worst service with the most unprofessional staff. Charges are too high according to the services provided. Also, they don't stick to their words and take advance payments and then afterwards will not even provide the same service. Will never suggest anyone to opt for this salon for any kind of service. It's my genuine advice to everyone since I have been made fool by these people only because of their sugar coated words. Please beware from such fraudsters.

This was my first visit to the salon and nothing can be much worse then this as the rates are too high and service is too much low. The barber name "Dishant" the most unprofessional person I've ever met, the haircut he gave was the worse and when I asked him to fix and do it properly he said it was the best what he can do. The salon is the most unprofessional I've ever seen and went. I suggest please avoid going to this salon or else there would only disappointment and depression. ??

The store didnot even bother to correct the place in maps. Map marker not correct for location but address give is correct. Staff is also not good. Mostly they hire trainees.
