★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this salon with my brother, he got a hair colour, beard trim and facial. The total was supposed to be 2700 which i negotiated with the owner before she left. Later my bother (he is a canadian) chatted with the guy who was servicing him and told him about his foreign status. When we went to pay the final bill was 6136 to my surprise, utterly greedy and unprofessional behavior by the staff and the owner. NEVER EVER VISIT SUCH PLACES WHICH EXHIBIT GREED & BILL ACCORDING TO PEOPLE'S STATUS.

I visited this salon around 19th feb 2021
The guy who was doing my hair was so harsh on them
He was literally pulling my hairs
He didn’t even wash the hair in the beginning
Started the haircut right away
His way of blow drying the hair was also terrible
I was feeling like why the hell did I come here
I would not recommend this salon to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife got her hair permanently straightened plus coloured from this place. She seems pretty happy with the outcome. Giving it 5/5 purely on merit. Also the staff here is courteous and professional. Rates are a bit at a premium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really loved the services. Entire staff is very cordial and welcoming. Special mention to Nikki who made me so comfortable and I enjoyed her services a lot, she’s a pro in her work. Esha is also great and I forgot the name of the guy who gave me hair spa, he was also amazing. I totally recommend this place if you want to get pampered. Will visit again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no cleanliness was there, done horrible makeup, i have told them how i wanted my makeup to be done but they didn’t listen and put very heavy and cartoonishly makeup even contouring was clearly visible. dont go by looking photos they sent to you they heavily edit photos before sending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Sarita suddenly closed the salon and has absoconded with a balance of 14k from my lifetime membership account in this Affinity Express salon. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue. I have lost my 14k.. just like that.. This is such a fraud!!
