★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen a worst company like this company. no management,no respect for an employees and trainer are trying to make a new slave not an employee.every employee just wanted to leave the company within a one month after joining. I can write a essay on drawbacks about this company but cant write a single word for good things.

No pc's alotted to you. You will have to search and fight for pc.
No job security
Will put the loss of clients on you.
10 hours working + 2 hours over time
No meal facility
CTC and inhand pay totally different
Old AC will give you health problems
Management only interested in cost cutting

They want slaves not employee, very unprofessional behaviour and management!
Instead of working here, it is better to open Tea stall, at least there will be decent earning, and stability!

Middel and higher level management should go through review on Glassdoor, indeed and other related to job portal and improve themself if they want to do stand and do a business in compatetive cost cutting business. This is my advise and feedback received from few individuals.
