★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After another salon messed up my hair, I came to Affinity and I'm glad I did because they not only fixed my hair but made it 100x better than expected! Shoutout to Azeem & Nazam for their work.
Only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because the stylists do too much hair pulling despite telling them to do gently..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally a rubbish place to go for your hair treatment. whatever they show on their instagram page, its all fake. I went all the way to chd after driving for 4 hours and i ended up getting my hair burnt . When i called them afterwards and spoke to sunny, he totally denied to accept that they literally burned my hair. i paid 20000 for highlights and botox and i got disaster results with zero showing of any highlights. never ever go there if you love your hair. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really terrible experience..the person who has no respect for your time would be least bothered about your hair.
Went there with a mindset of getting keratin treatment but had to wait for 45 min just to get a consultation ..even that was acceptable to me;but he walked out for another customer while our conversation was not yet finished.Absolutely no respect for anyone's time? I am glad that I didn't start my hair treatment in this salon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you visit them with a branded handbag than may be they pay good attention on your requirements but on my suggestion don't visit affinity or visit but don't have high hopes from them. After waiting for 45 mins that too after my head wash and even after 2, 3 reminder calls one hairstylist visits me he gave me haircut in 10 mins and than the person who was setting my hair every time they try to curl hair it always got stuck in the curler and than they start plucking my hair from that curler every time they do it.. it was a pathetic experience and what is more pathetic is there management people who got the feedback but not ready to provide any solution . Earlier I made my mind to not to share this but feels like they never bother about your money which has been wasted on their so called luxury salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID this place!!!! Initially this place looks great because of Instagram hype however, my hair was literally burnt. I’ve been getting my hair done for the last 5 years but I’ve never seen my hair fallout like the way it did at the salon after they started the hair coloring process. The texture of the hair is beyond disgusting and unfortunately there’s nothing I can do now. They give you different price on the phone, in person before coloring and completely different price after coloring. I didn’t even get the color I asked for- AVOID this overpriced place!!!! The color came out within 2 weeks and my greys are visible! Overall - lost money, lost my hair texture and good hair and didn’t even get color that lasted for more than 2 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great massage! Betsy was amazing and she really knows her way around stretching of muscles for complete relaxation! I will highly recommend this place for their spa services! I knocked off one star because they can work more their customer service and attention to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very much disappointed with my hair colour which was done by sunny twice & he couldn’t get me what I asked for . Whatever excuse they make will definitely not work because the hair colour what I expected is not somewhere near . He accepted to fix them because he was aware that’s it’s not correct. Still after putting colour for the second time it’s not worth spending money, time & mainly they damaged my hair twice just because of there faulty service. At the end I tried to talk to the management for solution & they just couldn’t do anything for my loss which mad me upset. I will definitely not recommend this place because in short they will not get you the hair colour what you asked. After my experience I would again say they are not caring about the customer it’s just social media which they like to keep highlighted with only good reviews ignoring people like us . I AM WAITING FOR THE MANAGEMENT TO GET MY CONCERN TAKEN CARE OF
