★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there can be star in minus order I can rate that. The worst of services I have witnessed in my business so far. They should either change the account and services team or should change to customer friendly policies. We have made orders worth several thousands and the response is completely unprofessional. They are just taught to say "don't worry" while we will be made to wait several weeks to get the paid order dispatched. A business which doesn't have a good team or proper customer service shud introspect or face negative even if they can be super great in their quality.
