★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst company in diagnostic equipments and reagents. It made false sales commitments in collusion with its dealer Sigma Diagnostics Delhi. There sales team of Mr Anwar and Nitish only aggravated the whole issue. Please do not buy anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with Agappe Diagnostics Limited. I had placed order for mispa i2 and mispaclog on 29.09.2018 in presence of Mr Ashutosh and Mr Rajkamal.I was given in writing that I will receive one lakh eighty thousand of reagents with mispa i2 and reagents worth forty five thousand with the other machine. However I have still not received even half the promised reagents. In addition company started sending invoices through its distributor Sigma diagnostics even before I received my free reagents. Despite repeated calls to Agappe or Sigma they have not resolved the issue. Please do not buy anything from them as they are a big fraud.
My response to their answer
All I have written is pure facts. The instruments were purchased in the name of Dhruv Diagnostic Centre, A 229 shastri nagar. Both Mr Rajkamal Gupta and Ashutosh were in sales team at that time and you can get it verified there. You can also get it verified that I and my wife Dr Alka Gupta purchased the equipments in name of our Diagnostic Centre, Dhruv Diagnostic Centre. And this issue was brought to Agappe company notice through enumerable emails and phone calls. If they are denying they are just lying . I have documentary proof, my invoice and mails and whatsapp chats.
