★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The constructions is almost completed. Just few flats interior is going on. 50% already occupied. Construction quality is very good. Prices are little on higher side as compare to other projects in Vasai. Municipal water line is not yet started, it will take another 1 year to start. Currently using boaring well water. Overall a very good society and location. There are quiet a few upcoming projects in and around the area. In next 4-5 years this place will become one of the sought after place in Vasai.
