Agarwal Welding Corporation - Pune

My story with Agarwal welding corporation is quite a long one, so strap up everyone! The story starts with me desperately wanting to be able to produce high quality Tig welds. I checked, just like whoever is reading this review, on Google, and came across the brothers of Agarwal Welding. So the next step was naturally to visit them. I did this around the 20th of March, and was very impressed with the store. First off, great organization. They have every part you could possibly need, and also the expertise required (plus a little research of your own) to select the machine for your needs. I ended up buying the TIG 315p ACDC, plus some spare electrodes, a regulator, flow meter, gloves and everything one could need to start welding. The machine was available in stock, and the very next day it arrived, as promised by rickshaw. I tested the machine that same weekend, and it worked fine, but I was getting some porosity, which was due to impure gas, so guys I really recommend you spend the extra money and buy UHP (ultra high purity) argon from a professional supplier. However, I noticed on the machine that the buttons seemed to be mislabelled. The following time I tried to turn on the machine, it didn't work at all. I could not get an arc to strike, no matter what I tried. This was naturally very frustrating for me, and I contacted the company, and they responded not only very quickly, but also politely and professionally, and requested that I wait till they send a man for a free trial. It was a bit longer than planned before the man came, but despite my irritation and annoyance, he did finally come, and tested the machine, and confirmed that it was not working. At this point I was ofcourse very disappointed. However, not more than a week later, they replaced the machine, free of cost, sending me a BRAND NEW UNIT, and even sent the man for a free trial with the new unit, to show me how to use it properly. since then it's been working excellently, and I'm very happy I chose these two professional, and very kind brothers to do business with. If there's ever a problem you can count on them to try their very best to sort it out with you. As for the other items purchased; the gloves are absolutely perfect, the electrodes are flawless, the gas hose, and flow meter are working fine, but I had a leak with the regulator. Thankfully it wasn't difficult to fix with some Teflon tape and silicone spray. I really recommend these guys to anyone getting into the hobby or field of TIG, but be sure to know exactly what you need before going! It's always better :). Thank you Agarwal brothers!

Bought at the exact same price that was quoted. Yes, my bad that my old vendor was on a vacation it was really unfortunate that we got associated with you.. Sorry..
