★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I faced very offencive behaviour from the owner of this store. As we are in between pandemic situation we ordered items from their agashe store app and there was pick up option enable and we stay close to their store we selected that option, after that we got notification from app also your order is ready when we went there to pickup we first stand outside their store as there was one customer already to pickup when he left I got in keeping distance from all the staff but owner started yelling at us without listening us. He started talking very rudely.He said only home delivery is available not pickup also He said he has to pay fine if police caught him with store open and then none of his customers come to pay that fine. If this was the condition he should have disabled the option from his app but the option as pickup is enabled there though it was his mistake he didn't accept it and also he was literally yelling at us. If he would have said patiently that pickup is not available you will get home delivery we would have came back but this behaviour was rude. As he was very elder person we returned without arguing him but such behaviour is not acceptable!!! Also that's him with blue shirt without mask and that's the irony!!
