There is no value for the customer time.
After telling that the measurements will be taken in an hour, the executive arrives after 10 hours and that too after repeated calls .
Same thing happened at the time of delivery and installation.
Absolutely poor attitude and disregards for the customer time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought these curtains for 28k. The tailor they sent took the measurements wrongly and stitched 4 curtains out of 16 with wrong size. We went to the store and after much discussion the store owner agreed to fix it after diwali against a charge. He completely cleared his hands off and didn't agree that his tailor has taken wrong measurements. Look at the stitching of the curtains in the picture. It is so bad that I might take these curtains down. This is how 28k going down the drain looks like. I am sure if we show this to the owner, he will refuse that his tailor has anything to do with it.
