Also staffs behaviour...is rude

However the taste of sweets are delicious and items are fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are serving stale food. I bought 5 sponge rasgulla and asked them to pack it. The guy inside the counter packed it on poly bag. And after I reached home in 15 min and started to eat that rasgulla. It was smelling badly .

Rasmalai is also so bad
They are loosing there fame in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Staff can sell you contaminated food. I bought dhokla from here and it was bad in shape the staff member packed it very quickly and I did not doubt him. But when I opened the packet it had fungus on it and small insects in it. Very poor quality and service. This shop should not be allowed to do so. It risks health of somebody. Veryyyyyy disappointed.
