★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service, not a single person in the whole bloody showroom who is even available to talk to you..!! Bogus people, would not recommend it at all, I waited for 2 days for a person to come n take measurements for curtain rods, kept calling for 10 times, nobody to answer..!!

Pros: Reasonable variety, fresh looking stocks
Cons:
When crowded, it won't be good experience due to narrow aisles and people moving about while you try to see the products.
They have their own price sticker which is much lower than MRP sticker price. Seemed like online store technique!
This time, 2-3 sales people behaved in haughty manner, that too when not any customers around - and I purchased several items. Also, suggest them not to breathe down people's neck! It's like they want you to buy quickly and get out, or just get out quickly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is situated near Rajapuri crossing... A lot of varieties of Curtains, bedsheets & other related items are available here... Price of all items are much higher... There are two or three other shops near to this shop where price are at least 20%lesser...though varieties are not as much as in Agrawal Hand loom shop.. But if you check all nearby shop all varieties, what one can required, may be available there with much lesser price.. So friends... Also visit there.... Money is earned very hard.. Don't waste easily... Radhey Krishna ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST PLACE I EVER VISIT. Though they are selling good quality of products but they shud hav proper manner how to deal with clients. They are showing like they are doing some kinda EHSAAN by selling their stuff to us. Plz learn some manner. Especially this for the one person who is sitting in cash counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased sofa lace from them for Rs 10/ meter twice - one time 9m and another 5m for Rs.90 and Rs.50 rupees respectively. Our carpenter has asked for more meter and when I went to Aggarwal for third day , they asked me Rs.20/meter. I defended that I purchased 10/m for 2 days and now you are asking me 20/m. They were not agreeing on this and Finally I have to pay double the amount. When I asked the receipt of the same (before as well), they denied and said why do you need for just 150 rupees and said that I have to pay tax extra so i didn't take the receipt.
The Aggarwal handloom is too expensive of we compared to other shops. The quality is of not good quality and highly priced. The cash counter uncle's are too rude and never spoke softly. I won't recommend it and already complaint to consumer Court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop is good with respect to variety BUT they don't listen to you properly while noting down the order. Need to increase the manpower for accounting. Product is good but need to improve the customer satisfaction level. Not happy with them, will explore more shops for curtains etc. Will not recommend to anyone now
