★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst possible isp ever.... the internet is not consistent , high ms spikes , bad packet losses , and what not. The customer care is like a potato , useless, whenever i have a problem i call them to only hear that they are "working" on god knows what.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The internet connection only occasionally goes down, still its good as they have a responsive service team and fix the problem very fast. Desk support as well as service personnels both are well behaved and well mannered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely not recommended. We are using it for last 1 year. Maximum time Internet is off, even they do not receive calls. 1-2 hour in a day Internet is available. When we complain about the service they recommend to take jio Fibre connection and all which cost for 2200/- rupees. A complete fraud.
