They charge double, they take money from sender and they demand money from reciepent also.If reciepent denied to give money then they threat that you should take your consignment on your own. When reciepent agreed with this then they asked for labour charge and slip charge. At last reciepent should give money to them to take his consignment.
I am very very disappointed.
