★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give it's management a minus rating. They have no plannings or schedules in place. When I approached them for coaching in 3 a bjects, it was clearly mentioned by the owner Mr Vikram, that there are different coaching members for each of the PU2 commerce subjects. Later as days went by we slowly realised that couple of subjects where taught by same tutor and Inspite of complaints from the students it continued.
I had given fees as cheque payment in two installments. Due to their in ability I asked them to continue coaching my son in only one subject Statistics until Nov end. Their teacher was absent for a month and the classes stopped in Nov. They never covered the topics lagging in those days the coach was absent.
From 4 months I have been asking the manager Madhusudhan to inform his boss Vikram to return the cheque for the second installment as we discontinued the classes. There is no clear communication from either of this concerned persons.
My request to parents: Please think twice before joining this tutorial. They need to reshuffle and work afresh to be a successful business.
Advice to Vikram is to at least respond to the queries raised by the parents and give them an update. Madhusudhan sir, has to effectively complete his managerial duties.
I am still waiting for an response for my messages sent 4 months back.
