โ โ โ โ โ I once had the chembuputtu feom here and loved it. I ordered it again last week. But this time i got uncooked rice flour in a dabba with too much tangy curry. Unedible. And instead of banana and papad, they sent some other riceflour fries in a packet.
Called up to enquire and they were apologetic and said they will replace but that never happened. Waited for 2 hours and called them up only for a man to reply "we are busy with orders, call later".. And after sometime when i call the restaurant number, he says he is a new swiggy employee and the restaurant phome number is with him to enable faster deliveries and only after 2 hours will anyone be available. What a dumb lie. I thought i rather have something else to have than argue with them. Utterly Dissappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ I found the Store Very Unreasonable , I ordered Veg Biriyani 2 Plates. I am a Person eating Very Small Quantity on a Regular Basis, Here for me itself the Quantity was Insufficient that too buy paying Rs 100/- per plate 50/- of Meals from Any Darshini hotel will be double the quantity of this. I may be wrong giving this Comment But I value for the Money I spend. In many Places when I order I boul of Biriyani Which we will share (me and My wife) But here Compared to those very Poor QTY offered

โ โ โ โ โ I enjoyed ordering and eating food from Agraharam before. These days the quality has deteriorated and prices have been increased too. I was served not so fresh food this morning, the coffee was pathetic too. Not sure if I would want to go there again. Shame.

โ โ โ โ โ We had ordered meals for a function. Though the food was good, the persons who were sent to serve were highly unprofessional. Firstly both the persons did not know how to serve, also order of items to be served in the banana leaf !! Constantly, we were on the job with them. Secondly, I had ordered a pair of manoharam paruppu thenga and had a very bad experience with them. The quality was pathetic. When I pointed out regarding the quality, upon opening one of the paruppu thenga, they refused saying, it is not theirs and we had replaced it. This totally put me off. Thankfully, I had opening video to support. Having this experience, I would definitely think twice before ordering next time.

โ โ โ โ โ Tamil/Kerala style food. There are no tables here. Only takeaway is available. Delivery through swiggy is also available. The space is very neat and tidy. Only pure vegetarian food. Food taste is very good. The packing is done neatly along with plastic cutlery also. Breakfast lunch and dinner is available but best to call and check or order ahead.

โ โ โ โ โ Food is prepared with traditional values and very Hygienic. Prices are reasonable and very tasty of typical Kerala style Satya. We all got delighted with the food supplied also all the sweets and savioures.
