★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw reviews and images on Google and went to their shop for acrylic prints, hoping that it is the best shop I'in Jabalpur (because of the pics they have uploaded) but was very disappointed when they showed the print to me for the first time. It was not clear. We asked them to print it again, they agreed and we went there another to collect the print but again it was not clear. Firstly, they did not understand the customer requirements properly. Secondly, they didn't agree that the issue was with their printer and continued telling us that the pictures were not clear. If that was the case, why the text was blurry? The file was 400MB in size and I don't think it should make that worse print. Text was not captured by camera, it was typed. So at least text should be clear on the print. This proves that the issue is with their printer and they didn't agree to it (they kept saying madam esi hi print aegi, ese hi print ate hain) and charged the complete amount. It appears they have untrained staff (as one of the members was not even able to open the file from email) and because of this their quality is degrading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality and dishonest. I would suggest not to even try here , their machine is not working and they will blame you only that your pic quality is not good. Even if you give them correl(tif) file or photoshop file or high quality jpg. I visited them for three days continuously ,but results were so poor , and they blamed me that your pics quality is bad . But when I tried it from other shop the print and it's quality was much much much better . And these people will not return your money also. Atleast be honest with your customers that your machine is not working or you are not able to work properly. M not even feeling to give them one star?
