★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service and very efficient staff. I had gone for my grandmother's vaccination and they extra careful and extra helpful and cooperative as she was a senior citizen . From accomadating her immediately to giving her separate place to sit to guiding and taking care of her , they were superb especially Suvarna !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and rude staff. They are very unprofessional. My father in law 's three test were done...only one v got on time.. one report was delayed by 4 days n the other was not even given...v had to fight with them to send us the report. Also I don't know y one report can b sent on mail and other v Need to collect from clinic. The staff is also rude on call. I guess once they have received their money they are not concerned about the patients.Just because of Uroflowmetry test v had to visit this clinic...never ever will recommend this. Wasted 8days .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are so many service providers in this complex that we just wanted to send one PSA so that everyone could know which service in this building was good or bad. Today I went to Dr. Aarti Kalgutkar and had them check my teeth before going abroad. Because my usual dentist is out of town.
It was supposed to be a regular inspection, but unnecessary services were performed on my teeth. Healthy tooth was drilled into for no reason. Moreover when I tried to leave her office, she continued to try to get me to sit down and invest in cosmetic procedures that I DID NOT ask for or NEEDED according to my regular dentist. While it’s nice that people promote their business on our building groups, some of these services are just bad and money grabbing. Putting this out there in the hope that no one else has to experience this.

1st u will call they will not pick up the phone
2nd when u will go the receptionist will not talk properly with u
3rd atleast u have to wait 1 hrs for ur treatement
4 they dont give immediately they will tell u to come after 2 hrs after that u will go they will tell u to wait for 1 hr more
worst experince and yes if u will all this receptionist will fight with u

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall I was very happy with the staff and the pace at which they go about their business valuing customer time. As I walked in, my temperature was checked and I was asked to fill up few details on a piece of paper and then wait for my turn to go to the reception and register myself and the tests I want to do. Once payment was done I was directed where to sit. I had to do 2 tests an X ray and a Ultra sound scan and both of it were done in less than 45 mins. Please keep in mind that it also involves me drinking about 1 litre of water to be ready for the scan. Importantly the staff clearly explained to me what is required to be done both inside the X-ray room and also during the scan. I should thank them for it
They have also started new tests. One of my picture illustrates it
There are however few things which I thought could be better
1. There is a QR Code for registration which I realised letter and the staff should try and get the customer adopt it. Someone like me would have definitely used it rather than touching a single pen being used by everyone
2. Before entering every ones hand should be sanitised. However that is being done only before entering a particular room for testing
3. Appointments for test not taken but it’s tough for most people to come anticipating low footfall as many would want to plan their schedule and probably would not chose this centre due to this point

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst too much high price for package routine test smthg 7000+ aftr disc t it’s it’s comes around 4500.
In other reputated laboratories it’s comes around 1000. Nd main thing is Agrawal diagnostic don’t have in-house lab. They are taking sampl from patient nd passed to other laboratories
