As of now I am very satisfied with quality, variety and price and I am now regular buyer.
Only once I had issue with cashews...which caught fungus...
Otherwise very good option. Also provide option of gift packing so that I can buy to gift someone

Company should also give options for lower quantities such as 50gms/100gms/200gms for customers who cannot buy minimum 250gms as the base prices are generally on higher side for low to medium income groups. Also if someone wants to try & taste for quality, a particular product ,he will try lower quantity first before placing larger orders. This will enhance customer responce.

3 They accept COD or Gpay. Recently I lost Rs2000 when i paid in advance to a dry fruit company which never delivered.

Service and after sales service found very good. Offered free of cost door delivery. I experienced a limited varity of dry fruits available and mainly found middle range budget type dry fruits, so quality hampers. I found few product quality nit to the mark they git returned and refund processed very quickly. Over all experience is good. Expecting variety of dry fruits with wide range in product quality wise so that people can select as per their requirements.
