compramos 2 elefantes SUPUESTAMENTE de Bronce
nos garantizaron que habitualmente enviaban paquetes a todo el mundo, nos enseñaron documentos de envios a muchos clientes, lo que NO NOS ENSEÑARON es como eran los envios: entre papel de burbujas sabanas y cartón.......y lo que menos te esperas siendo bronce.....ES QUE LLEGUEN ROTOS!!!
si compras asegurate del material de que està hecho y procura llevartelo tu mismo, pues el objeto de la tienda puede que sea de bronce, pero el que te llega a casa .....puede que no.....
UNA IMPOTENCIA GRANDISIMA de haberte sentido estafado por 800€
el vendedor se desentendió por completo, todo el texto guardado en whatsapp.
pusimos reclamación a correos pero responden que se responsabiliza quien envía el paquete de no hacerlo debidamente protegido tanto fisica como documentalmente.
 TOTAL FRAUD !!!
we bought 2 SUPPOSEDLY Bronze elephants
They guaranteed us that they routinely sent packages all over the world, they showed shipping documents to many customers, what they DIDN'T TEACH us is how the shipments were: between bubble wrap, sheets and cardboard ....... and the least you you wait being bronze ..... IT IS THAT THEY ARRIVE BROKEN !!!
If you buy make sure of the material it is made of and try to take it yourself, because the object of the store may be bronze, but the one that gets you home ..... it may not .....
A GREAT IMPOTENCE of having felt cheated for € 800
the seller completely ignored, all the text saved in whatsapp.
We put a claim to emails but they respond that the person who sends the package is responsible for not doing it properly protected both physically and documentary.
