I'll explain my story...
I admitted my mother on 13th May 2021. She had severe Covid condition (spo2~65-70, HRCT-17/25).
They immediately put her on O2 support and started medication and suggested blood and HRCT tests. Now the problem is patient has to go out for any CT scan and blood tests too are outsourced to a third party which delays the report.
For HRCT scan, I took my mom in their ambulance whose operator doesn't even know how to fix O2 mask (the mask was leaking and i had to hold the leak throughout the journey)
The real game started after a day. They hid the reports and took an extra day. Doc couldn't see the report and prescribed the generic treatment. When I asked for report with a stronger voice, they said the report came on day-1 itself. They were also claiming that the doctor has seen the report and medication is changed accordingly. We called doctor and he said I didn't see the report. [Red flag-1]
I also tried to understand the treatment details on which they said, "we dont have the policy to show the treatment details. Patient has to trust us." [Red flag-2]
Only 1 doctor visits once a day. Rest of the day patients are dependent on incompetent staff who don't even know what valve to change if the O2 level is dropping!! [Insane Red flag-3]
I managed to get an alternative and shifted the next day. Though they've wasted 2 days but they gave the O2 on time.
My total bills was ~80K for 2 days for nothing.
Do not go unless it's an emergency. Look for alternatives and shift to a proper hospital.
Management became very rude when I try to put my arguments. Even the pharmacy guy was telling me about their money making tactics. DEFINATELY AVOID. I can confidently say the other reviews aren't fake.

During covid I admit my mother in hospital within one day charge Rs. 35000 and don't give proper treatment only use normal antibiotics which useless.whole night no one staff in hospital present I search whole night no one is available to change normal saline. Owner of hospital Dr. pawan Aggarwal who fraudest doctor just want make money by make inosent people fool. He told me to do xray of my mother chest after x-ray he told me the condition is very serious and further advice for the CT scan and demand me for the of more money but in the next morning nobody is present in hospital detail to every patient they don't have the proper amount of oxygen they told take your patient to the another hospital. Finally the motto of the hospital is to to generate the money by making innocent poor people fool. Death toll to every attender operation the condition of every patient is very very serious and they just demand for the more and more money. So I request to everyone never take a patient to this hospital which is is Agrawal life science. All the staff of hospital including doctor nurses managers all the staffs are fraud. Dr Pawan Agarwal is just want to make money he do not provide any kind of residential treatment to the patient is make a patient fool. He use fear of patients attender to make money. So I really request to anyone never go to the hospital. Worst hospital of Mathura township.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital in Mathura. Please do not prefer this hospital in any case. Complete staff including doctors are try make money from patient. No proper treatment and basic facilities are available for patients.
Please please ? do not prefer this hospital in case of emergency also otherwise patient will loose his precious time as well as money also.
