Upon going back, they started asking me whether it was working before I had taken it to the store. And started giving me reasons like its a software issue and not a hardware one. Would never set foot in the store again. Utterly poor after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased original iPhone charger, screen protector and a case for iPhone 13 pro from this shop so total shipping worth 6000 and within 1 and half month, phone cover (Rs 2000) became loose and phone started to pop out. When I visited the store the owner simply says can’t help. He mentioned whether you buy 200 rs case or 2000, he can’t give you any assurance. He wasn’t even willing to show me any other cases, if not return then at least offer some discount on new case but absolutely nothing. I won’t be shopping anything from here again.
