★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free but not clean. Not lit property and not enough support staff for help in finding empty slot or in finding exit. I did not see Markings on Pillars and that makes it slightly difficult to locate the vehicle after you are back. Plenty of space and most likely some parking space would be available. A few hundred metres walk after parking to reach to the exact department where one wants to visit. Regular free shuttles also ply from parking to main department buildings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and very useful facility for visitors to AIIMS. A free shuttle service to specific and distant locations inside AIIMS is also available nearby. In addition 3W-Autos are also available at nominal charges of 10/- per passenger to go to different locations inside AIIMS. Well done AIIMS admin, Thanks. We can keep asking for more, but what is available needs to be appreciated ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three level parking area for visitors. FREE. Has guards on all tiers, for safekeeping of valuables in cars. However, cleanliness is an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car parking at AIIMS. wow it's now for free. But for patients it's very difficult to park here and then go for OPD and other departments for treatment.but if u have to go for new OPD building then it is for you. but still you can park your vehicle there and feel free.

-Not clean at all.
-Not able to find any Washroom.
-Not able to find any unlocked staircase to walk to Ground floor after parking. All were locked at top floor gates.
800mtrs away from AIIMS main front entrance.
