★ ★ ★ ★ ★ located behind the AIIMS in Masjid Moth, the three-level parking lot can accommodate over 400 cars and that too at reasonable charge. Car owners will have to pay Rs 20 for the first four hours and Rs5 for every subsequent hour. Distance from main AIIMS building is more but free service of cab is available. Do not park your vehicle in AIIMS premises as if you have parked so there are some chances that your vehicle will be towed by Traffic police or AIIMS management. The parking facility is equipped with modern technology like the electronic entry and exit boom barrier with an automatic ticketing system. For the user entry and exit it has four lifts and five staircases. But no maintenance at all, People have urinated on the stairs and it smells badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though it has very larger three basements for vehicles, Parking space gets scarce at Peak times & exit has two payment tolls but only one is open and people have to wait in ques & On exit in the name of gst they charge you with Rs 3.45, and deduct Rs 5 against it.
Ex: amount is 20 + gst= 23.45, they charge you with 25..
Such things are done almost everywhere and these things need to stop, stop fooling around with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well kept parking area.... Though it is far from Main AIIMS but free shuttles are available to connect different departments like.. Stops are... Gate no:2,dental&red building, mother dairy & rpc, gate no. 1....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good to see new building which will open on 1 jan 2020, rajkumari amrit kaur opd. Because on daily basis patient are increasing in AIIMS. Pls visit if u have major issue, else you can manage with your nearest hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, if you have to visit AIIMS, as general public, you have to park here. This parking, although within the same premises, is at a distance of about 1 KM from the main hospital building. You sometimes get a shuttle from here, or hire an auto rickshaw, which takes ₹10 per passenger to drop you to the main building.
Thr parking is huge, there are 3 levels.
The parking, when I visited was dirty too, as in a lot of chips and biscuit wrappers were thrown there. Also, I do not deem it to be safe in late hours.
In general, if you have access to public transport, please use that to visit AIIMS.
