★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good service, return policy is absolutely not good. If you don't like and you decide to return the product within 24 hours, they divert you to sales person of Faber chimney. And the Faber company sales person Mr. Manish is one of the worst and stupid person I have ever talked in my life.He is not ready to give his area managers contact info too.. Faber company officer need to take necessary action for such kind of Faber sales person and the dealers
