★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just joined a week back..... There are 4 to 5 trainers here at a time..... They have group workouts which includes step aerobics, zumba, etc. One small section is dedicated to cardi, another small section is dedicated to weights (a trainer is always present to guide you) . You can take PT (personal training) too or join their group workout batch. As of now enjoying whatever they made us do. Only grouse is that the area is a little conjusted. Should have been more open and big. They have wasted the space in making a reception area and office which could have been made into one. But overall great place to get fit...
