Then after 15 days wait and paying extra money got the goods.
When goods came all the things were broken and nothing was packed properly.
Service not at all good.
Mr pareekh owner is telling shall I do a free service for you or what even though his mistake not ready to accept.

Kuber Logistics Movers and Packers is really unprofessional and they are unreliable. I had send my bike from Bangalore to Kerala on 8th Aug with a guarantee that it will be delivered in 4 days. The staff: Vinay and Vijaya kept promising that it will be delivered on time. But, it didn’t get delivered as per their claim and they absolutely stopped responding to my calls. I went to their office twice to get the whereabouts of my bike and they gave a “200% guarantee” that it will be delivered on the same day but that went on for a week.
They made a mockery out of the situation whilst holding back the bike in Bangalore. I repeatedly asked them if the bike is in Bangalore then please give it back but they confirmed that it’s in Palakkad for 4 days. They gave excuses like driver being sick, truck broke down, driver off for Onam etc. it would have been okay if any of this was true but that wasn’t the case. Finally on the 11th day the delivery guy that collected my bike informed me that he is just picking the bike from the warehouse in Bangalore and will be delivered on 20th. He emphasised that the bike was still in Bangalore as compared to what the owner and stuff assured me. After all the unwanted chaos, lies, deceit, it was finally delivered on 22nd.
They kept giving me false promises and made me a fool into believing that they are a good company. Below are the list of lies:
1. Incorrect quote: they added additional charges after they collected the bike even though initially they confirmed that there are no extra charges. At the end they agreed on the initial price.
2. Incorrect delivery dates: instead of 4 days it took them 15 days to deliver
3. Incorrect whereabouts of my bike: they kept the bike in Bangalore while they confirmed it reached Kerala.
4. Denied to refund the assured amount: I have a recording of Vinay confirming that he will refund half the payment at the earliest and he collected my bank details. But to absolute disregard for ones professionalism, integrity, and promise, they denied my refund.
On top of all this, I spoke to the head, Mr. Radhe Pareek, he was helpful at first but at the end he stopped picking my calls and ignored my messages. Finally he picked up and he told me “Stop wasting your time. It is impossible to refund the amount.” I agree with Radhe, please don’t waste your time and go for a different company.
It is absolutely saddening to see people behave in such an inhuman way especially during these trying times.
Also, please ignore the other 5 star ratings. You can notice that 90% of the positive ratings are from users whose surname is “Pareek”. You can guess that they are related to Radhe Pareek and not genuine customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They picked up my TV and kept it in their warehouse for almost two months. Whenever I call their representative(vinay) he will be keep saying that my luggage has been dispatched and will be delivered in 7 days, once 7 days over then when I call him again he says two days and again 7 days, this went on for more than one months, during this time I raised complaints in Kuber logistics customer care no also.
but of no use. I was keep calling Vinay and customer care for more than month. then finally they have handed it over to Gati(after keeping my luggage for more than a month) and Gati have delivered it on time.
regarding packing, They didn't do any additional packing, not even bubble rapped(even though it is rainy season).
worst behavior, never use and recommend this kuber packers and movers to anyone and ever.

We booked Kuber Logistics Packers & Movers Bangalore to send our household items from Bangalore to Kerala on Oct 27th 2021 and they promised to deliver them on Oct 31st 2021. On contacting them on Oct 31st they said the truck is 60 kms away from destination and will reach in sometime and we asked for the drivers's contact number and the person said will share in sometime. We called back after sometime for the driver's phone number and they said the same and never shared the phone number even after multiple requests. Later they stopped picking our calls. When we tried from unknown numbers they will attend the call and say the consignment will be delivered by today and share driver's number in 5 minutes(But they didnt). They kept on lying & made a fool of us for the next 4 days and the person attending the calls even got angry & yelled at us when we asked them to be honest and to give a correct date & time of delivery of things rather giving false promises.
On Nov 5th early morning somehow our items were delivered. But there as no one to unload the items and the driver said he wont do the unloading. When we initially talked to Kuber Packers & Movers POC they said they will take care of both loading & unloading of items at the destination and they charged us for both. We talked to Kuber POC about this and he said he will talk to the driver & do the arrangement for unloading(Which never happened!). As there was no other option we hired a local truck and couple of coolies to unload the items and transfer it to our house which costed us an additional amount of Rs 5000/. On top of that one antique wooden chair was missing on the items delivered....
So please stay away from them for your peace of mind. And I wish I could give a negative or atleast zero rating.
