★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service provided by Air India assistance. I had traveled recently with my 10 months old baby and their staff was unwilling to help. When assistant was provided to me considering my situation, he started asking for money silently so that his boss can't hear him. When he dropped us, he started asking for money again and mentioned that you can give a minimum amount of 200 INR which made me frustrated and unwilling to travel with this Airline in future. After that, no one helped me while boarding/ de- boarding bus and I was about to fall with my little kid. Thank god ? a guy saved us but Air India did not. It was my first and last experience with Air India and will never travel again especially when assistance is needed. Spicejet are best and provide assistance without any complain. Spicejet service is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a 15hr flight from Delhi to Toronto. My seat wasn’t reclining and it was stuck like a pole for 15hrs ! After notifying flight attendant, all they responded is that they can’t fix the seat, neither they can change my seat in same flight nor provide me seat on next flight. This is completely unacceptable. I paid thousands of dollar for this flight. Worst flight to fly ! Worst service !
