β β β β β It's best and Biggest services provider Air Lines in Rajasthan,, Air India staff and Their Officers Behaviour is Very nice.. They are so helpful and they doing their work well, they Really care about their Costumers..
It's a great experience to me, Just fell like I'm in USA..
It's a Very Clean, Cool and Quiet place, No More Crowd Sound.
All other Facilities are available and well Maintained..
Totally it's a Best airlines experience.. Go for it.

I called again this afternoon but no one answered the phone or any kind of recording to say that the office is closed or whatever. How do they exist in the business. Shame...shame...shame...

β β β β β The customer care representative was polite and responsive to resolve all my questions/queries. Sharing my conversation in brief for readers.
Q: What is the luggage limit in Covid-19 times for Air India domestic flights?
A: 25 kg for check-in baggage and 8 kg for cabin.
Q: Will Air India allow me with 2 check-in bags of their total weight is not exceeding 30 kg.
A: After print me on hold for 2 minutes, the customer care executive told me that yes it will be accepted however I need to pay for additional weight whatever it will be over 25 kg.
Q: How many cabin bags will be allowed?
A: One bag of there is no laptop, however I can enter with 2 cabin bags if one of them is having laptop in it. However the total weight shouldn't exceed 8 kg.
Q: In Covid-19 times, should I reach airport early?
A: Yes, you need to reach airport at least 3-4 hours before departure of your flight.
Q: Is airline allowing/permitting to travel Covid-19 patients in exceptional cases?
A: No, not at all. If we are seeing even a single symptom of Covid-19, we are not accepting the passengers.
Q: Is it safe to travel with Air India in current situation?
A: We are trying our best to ensure your safe and hygienic travel. Rest is your call.
With this conversation, I got all my doubts clear. And I loved the way they answered my questions. Apparently, I realised why Air India is so much loved by Indians and foreigners. The customer representative was able to communicate in both Hindi as well as in English.

β β β β β Why do Air India have customer service contact at all? It's better Air India announces no customer service provided. It will avoid customers from hearing repeated message "Subscriber you have called is busy....blah blah." All Air India customers should buy 1 strip of Anacin or Action 500 after booking Air India ticket.
